Step 1

Download the free “TeamViewer” program from one of the following links
Version for Windows
Version for Mac
Version for Linux

Step 2

Phone a Hort@ customer service assistant

Step 3

Run the TeamViewer program

Step 4

To start the help session, tell the Hort@ customer assistant the TeamViewer USER ID code and PASSWORD which appear on the screen. The Hort@ technician will then be able to work on your computer from their own office until the help session is over.
